How long does it take to process & ship orders?

All orders received Tuesday thru Friday prior to 1:00 p.m. EST will be processed the same business day. Orders received on Monday after 9:00 a.m., will be processed on Tuesday due to the high volume incurred from the weekend. International orders may be delayed one business day. Military, Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico orders being shipped via the US Postal Service will be delayed one business day.  

What is the delivery time for orders?

Regular ground shipments take from 1 to 6 days depending on your location.

How can we pay for our order?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and PayPal (www.paypal.com) We also accept certified checks, money orders and Bank wire transfers. Sorry, no personal checks or business checks are accepted.

Ordering Process:

1. To order online simply find the item you wish to purchase, press the order button and follow the instructions. If you wish to keep shopping simply press the "Keep Shopping" button and continue shopping. When you've finished browsing, press the "Add to Cart" button and it will allow you to move to "check-out".

2. To order by phone simply call our office number. Please have your product numbers or size when you call to make the ordering process quicker.  You will need to provide credit card information along with billing and shipping addresses.  If you don't know the part number that's ok also. Just measure the dimensions as shown in the diagram.

Tracking Numbers: Due to the high volume of phone calls for people requesting tracking numbers. We only will give tracking numbers out after 3 business days and only by e-mail. Please e-mail www.Breezebyyou.com for tracking info.
